Returns Policy

REAL SPORTS.CA RETURN POLICY

We strive to deliver the highest quality goods and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that shopping online can be difficult. To return any item, the following policies apply:

  • Must be returned within 60 days of the order date, unused/unworn and in original packaging

  • The notice date from our RETURNS PORTAL will be considered the return date

  • Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment and can take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement

  • We are not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges


Instructions

  1. Visit the RETURNS PORTAL and enter your order number along with your e-mail address

  2. Once request is submitted, allow 24 hours for approval

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all paperwork and accessories 

  4. Include; RMA (return authorization) number, billing name, address, and order number along with the item(s). 

*Please retain the return tracking number for your records, we will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

Return Exceptions 

Applies to personalized and/or special-order items (i.e. customized jerseys and shirts) and may only be exchanged for replacement in the event of incorrect, damaged, or defective item(s).

 

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or you’ve received an incorrect item, enter all data through the RETURNS PORTAL. It is mandatory to contact realsports.ca prior to shipping item(s) back in order to cover shipping charges. In the case that you don’t, realsports.ca will assume no responsibility for any of the return shipping charges.

 

General

  • All clearance/sale items are final sale

  • Customer is responsible for all associated freight costs including; customs charges, duties, or tariffs

  • We’re not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit

  • Return freight costs are refunded if item is determined to have a manufactured defeat or verifiable error

  • Allow 14 days before checking the status of a return

  • We reserve the right to inspect allegedly defective or damaged goods prior to awarding a refund or exchange

  • Non-authorized returns will be refused
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
