RETURNS - EXCHANGES

Instructions 

1. Enter your order number along with your e-mail address
2. Once request is submitted, allow 24 hours for approval
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all paperwork and accessories 
4. Include; RMA (return authorization) number, billing name, address, and order number along with the item(s). 

*Please retain the return tracking number for your records, we will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

Returns

Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment and can take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. Please note we are not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or you’ve received an incorrect item it is mandatory to contact realsports@mustangproduct.com prior to shipping item(s) back in order to cover shipping charges. In the case that you don’t, realsports.ca will assume no responsibility for any of the return shipping charges.
