Are the items on your website available and in-stock at your retail store?

No, items available online are subject to store availability. If you are looking for a specific item and would like to know it's availability in store, please reach out to our store directly by phone at 416-815-5746 or email at pickup@realsports.ca and a store representative will be able to provide you with availability information.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

How long until my order is dispatched?

We will strive to have your order out the door in 48 hours during summer and regular season times. Christmas, custom and high demand products may take longer. Please be sure to refer to product descriptions for special circumstances.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the selected shipping method and shipping address. However standard local shipping costs are roughly $10.00 - $15.00.

How can I check my order status?

You can review order status by going into 'My account'.

My order status says delivered but I never received it, what do I do next?

If you have any issues receiving your package please contact our online store customer service at realsports@mustangproduct.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Should you have any questions and/or concerns about shipping to your country please contact realsports@mustangproduct.com.

Will I be charged customs or duties on US and international orders?

Your order may be subject to an import duty tax and or customs charge which can vary from Country to Country. Real Sports Apparel is not responsible for any additional duties, tax or custom charges for deliveries outside of Canada. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and not included in the original transaction amount.

Can I use my season ticket holder discount when placing an order online?

As of right now, we are unable to process a SSH discount, however it is something we are looking into.

Can I combine two discount codes for my order?

You are only able to use one discount code per transaction.

How many times can I use the birthday coupon code in the month of my birthday?

All birthday discounts are limited to a one time use.

What payment options can I use?

Payment options include: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Gift cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and Paypal.

Can I use my Indian Status card on my purchase?

First Nations customers may qualify for GST/HST tax refunds on their purchases. Tax refund requests can only be made up to 60 days after the order was placed. If the order was placed more than 60 days prior, RSA will not be able to issue a refund.

Contact Customer Service by emailing realsports@mustangproduct.com with a request and required information (listed below), including your tax exemption documentation as an email attachment:

What hours can I arrange for pick-up?

In-store pick-up is available between 10:00am-5:00pm Monday through Saturday. We are closed Sunday. Note - appointments for pick-up must be scheduled in advance. Please call 416-815-5746 for more details.

What hours can I call the store to place an order?

We can take phone orders for pick-up between 10:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Saturday.

How do I place a pick-up order?

Once you have placed your items in your cart, select IN-STORE PICK-UP. Fill in the form and an associate will respond to your request within 1 business day and confirm the in-store inventory. If you’d like to place an order within our arranged pick-up hours, call 416-815-5746; Outside of these hours, you may e-mail the store directly and an associate will confirm availability at their earliest convenience pickup@realsports.ca. Please note that you will not be charged until you pick up the item. Payment Is taken in person upon pick-up.

Where is the in-store pick-up?

Our in-store pick-up is located at our retail location, Real Sports Apparel. We are located in the Scotiabank Arena Galleria, right beside Gate 1, across from the Ticket Office. Please call the store at 416-815-5746 for special pick up requests.

I placed an order online for delivery. Can I change my order to pick-up and pick it up in store?

Unfortunately, no. Orders placed for delivery are not available for in-store pick-up at this time. Any online orders placed for delivery will be shipped directly to the customer from our ecommerce warehouse.

I see something that is available online, is it available in store too?

Please note that in-store inventory is different from what the availability is online. Inquire with a store representative to see if it’s available at our store.

What payment methods are available at pick-up?

During your in-store pick-up, you may pay via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Scotiabank Arena/ Real Sports Apparel Gift Cards* or debit card. Only “chip & PIN” enabled cards will be accepted. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting cash as tender.

Do I pay for my order before picking it up?

We are unable to accept payment by phone. All pick-up orders must be paid for when you pick up your items in person.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes, however, payment will only be accepted at the time of pick-up. We cannot take any payment over the phone.

Is there an option to wait in my vehicle instead of picking it up in-store?

How can I return a product purchased at the Scotiabank Arena?

All products purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged at our Scotiabank Arena within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund or credit of the purchase price. All returned items must be unused with all original tags and a receipt.

For any items being returned because the products was damaged or the wrong product was received, please email realsports@mustangproduct.com detailing the issue and we will work to resolve the issue. Do you replace names and numbers on jerseys?

Unfortunately, we can’t change the name/ numbers without risking damaging the jersey.

I have a blank jersey, do you offer customization and how much is the charge to customize?

Customization can only be done at the Scotiabank Arena.

The cost to heat press a name/ number is $60.00, and is completed same-day in-store.

The cost to stitch a name/ number is $120.00 for a home/away jersey and $160.00 for a specialty jerseys. Stitching can take up to 2 weeks to complete, depending on demand. These jerseys are sent off site to be customized.

Are the letters and numbers on a customized jersey sewn on?

At Scotiabank Arena, the standard is to heat press all jerseys. If you would like to have your jersey stitched it can be taken off site to be completed (offered from the Scotiabank Arena only).

How long does it take for jersey customization?

For online purchases, jersey customization with heat press will take between 3-7 business days.

How should I care for my jersey? Should I wash it or take it to the dry cleaner?

We recommend hand washing your jersey inside-out, in cold water. Hang to dry.

I purchased a jersey (item) from a kiosk at BMO Field, how do I get an exchange as I do not live in Toronto?

Contact Real Sports Apparel and work with one of the managers to arrange shipping back to the Scotiabank Arena for exchange. It may take some time as the style may not be offered at the Scotiabank Arena and we will need to arrange to receive these items.

I purchased a blank jersey at the Scotiabank Arena, can I have the online shop customize it for me as I do not live close to the Scotiabank Arena?

Are these jerseys authentic?

Currently online, we offer both Authentic and replica Toronto Maple Leafs jerseys. Toronto Raptors jerseys are only available in the swingman style. All TFC men's jerseys are authentic.

*Real Sports Apparel has a unique set of store hours. If there is an event held at Scotiabank Arena, Real Sports Apparel will close to the public approximately 1.5 - 2 hours before the event. We will reopen within the arena to the ticketed fans during selected sporting events. Please refer to the Scotiabank Arena Schedule for the upcoming events. With multiple merchandise kiosks located throughout Scotiabank Arena, our main team shop is located at Gate 1. All kiosk locations within Scotiabank Arena are open for Raptors and Leafs games.
