How can I return/ exchange an item bought in person?

We will be extending our return/exchange policy!

Any purchase made between March 7th 2024 to May 6th 2024 will be eligible for a full refund or exchange until 60 days after the date that we re-open. As we get closer to the end of our renovations, a re-open date will be posted on our social media channels.

All items will be eligible for a full refund under our return policy:

  • Customer has original receipt
  • Product has all tags, stickers, and original packaging still attached
  • Product is in unused/unworn and re-sellable condition
  • Customer has original receipt
  • Refunds will be given in the original tender paid
  • Any item purchased on or before March 6th 2024 will not be eligible for a return or exchange as it is outside our return window

I have an outstanding pick-up order, where can I get this?

If you have an item(s) at Real Sports Apparel pending pick up, please reach out to us at pickup@realsports.ca and we will coordinate a pick up time for you at the arena this summer, or ship out your item to your preferred shipping address

Are you still offering jersey stitching?

Yes- but please note there will be a longer wait time (approximately 3-4 weeks) for jerseys to be completed. For all customization inquiries, please reach out to pickup@realsports.ca

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

How long until my order is dispatched?

We will strive to have your order out the door in 48 hours during summer and regular season times. Christmas, custom and high demand products may take longer. Please be sure to refer to product descriptions for special circumstances.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the selected shipping method and shipping address. However standard local shipping costs are roughly $10.00 - $15.00.

How can I check my order status?

You can review order status by going into 'My account'.

My order status says delivered but I never received it, what do I do next?

If you have any issues receiving your package please contact our online store customer service at realsports@mustangproduct.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Should you have any questions and/or concerns about shipping to your country please contact realsports@mustangproduct.com.

Will I be charged customs or duties on US and international orders?

Your order may be subject to an import duty tax and or customs charge which can vary from Country to Country. Real Sports Apparel is not responsible for any additional duties, tax or custom charges for deliveries outside of Canada. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and not included in the original transaction amount.

ORDERS

Can I use my season ticket holder discount when placing an order online?

Please visit your SSH portal, where you can obtain your discount code for online orders.

Can I combine two discount codes for my order?

You are only able to use one discount code per transaction.

How many times can I use the birthday coupon code in the month of my birthday?

All birthday discounts are limited to a one time use.

What payment options can I use?

Payment options include: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Gift cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and Paypal.

Can I use my Indian Status card on my purchase?

First Nations customers may qualify for GST/HST tax refunds on their purchases. Tax refund requests can only be made up to 60 days after the order was placed. If the order was placed more than 60 days prior, RSA will not be able to issue a refund.

Contact Customer Service by emailing realsports@mustangproduct.com with a request and required information (listed below), including your tax exemption documentation as an email attachment:

  • Your email address
  • Your address
  • Your order number(s) (9 digits in this format: RSAXXXXXX)
  • A copy of your Certificate of Indian Status (status card), front and back sent as a PDF, jpg, gif, or png file. We are unable to accept any other formats.

I placed an order online for delivery. Can I change my order to pick-up and pick it up in store?

Unfortunately, no. Orders placed for delivery are not available for in-store pick-up at this time. Any online orders placed for delivery will be shipped directly to the customer from our ecommerce warehouse.

RETURNS

How can I return a product purchased at the Scotiabank Arena?

All products purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged at our Scotiabank Arena within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund or credit of the purchase price. All returned items must be unused with all original tags and a receipt.

What is the return policy?

We strive to deliver the highest quality goods and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that shopping online can be difficult. Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days given there is no damage and all original tags are on the product. For more information please refer to our Return Policy.

Do I have to pay to ship my product back if I am unsatisfied?

For any items being returned because the products was damaged or the wrong product was received, please email realsports@mustangproduct.com detailing the issue and we will work to resolve the issue. For any other returns, the customer is responsible for all associated freight costs including: shipping costs, customs charges, duties or tariffs.

PRODUCT INFO - JERSEY

Do you replace names and numbers on jerseys?

Unfortunately, we can’t change the name/ numbers without risking damaging the jersey.

I have a blank hockey jersey, do you offer customization and how much is the charge to customize?

The cost to heat press a name/ number is $60.00, and takes approximately 3 hours to be complete onsite. Please note this is dependent on availability. This service is offered Monday- Friday, between 10am and 4pm (excluding holidays). Please email pickup@realsports.ca to coordinate. The cost to stitch a name/ number is $120.00 for a home/away jersey and $160.00 for a specialty jersey. Stitching will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete. These jerseys are sent off site to be stitched and customized.

Are the letters and numbers on a customized jersey sewn on?

At Scotiabank Arena, the standard is to heat press all jerseys. If you would like to have your jersey stitched it can be taken off site to be completed (offered from the Scotiabank Arena only).

How long does it take for jersey customization?

For online purchases, jersey customization with heat press will take between 3-7 business days.

How should I care for my jersey? Should I wash it or take it to the dry cleaner?

We recommend hand washing your jersey inside-out, in cold water. Hang to dry.

I purchased a jersey (item) from a kiosk at BMO Field, how do I get an exchange as I do not live in Toronto?

Purchases at BMO Field can be returned or exchanged the next time you are at a game. In the case you will not be returning to a game, please email pickup@realsports.ca and we can assist in processing this exchange for you, if it meets our return/ exchange policy guidelines. At this time, Real Sports Apparel is closed for renovations so there will be an extension for returns and exchanges.

I purchased a blank jersey at the Scotiabank Arena, can I have the online shop customize it for me as I do not live close to the Scotiabank Arena?

Contact Real Sports Apparel and work with one of the managers to arrange shipping back to the Scotiabank Arena for customization and return.

Are these jerseys authentic?

Currently online, we offer both Authentic and replica Toronto Maple Leafs jerseys. Toronto Raptors jerseys are only available in the swingman style. All TFC men's jerseys are authentic.
